More resilient report completion

If one report-writing path cannot accept the required report format, Y2 continues through supported alternatives, giving the report another chance to finish from the same collected evidence.
This applies to reports generated after the update. Reports that already ended in failure remain unchanged and may still need to be retried.

A report no longer repeats its full generation cycle when a saved delivery channel has no reachable contact details. Other recipients can continue receiving the report.
Signup reminder emails can be prepared and queued without interrupting the scheduled reminder.
An unreachable recipient still needs updated delivery details before they can receive a report. Earlier failed reports and reminders are not sent again automatically.

More dependable connected intelligence and Project Evidence

Placeholder identifiers no longer interrupt connected-intelligence updates for unrelated products or assets.
Project Evidence can show lineage details for linked reports and other supported records.
Existing identity conflicts still require review and are not combined automatically.

Start a temporary conversation or remove a saved one, with controls that fit the existing desktop and mobile Chat layout. Updates also improve workspace switching, report retries, and account deletion feedback.

Private chats

Choose Private at the top right of Chat to start a private conversation. Choose it again to return to regular Chat.
Private conversations stay out of your history and clear when you leave or reload the page.
Private chats use workspace Agent Y2 credits at the same rates as regular chats, including billable tool use. A reminder stays visible below the composer.
Uploads, memory, and saved actions remain available in regular chats.

Easier conversation cleanup

Open a conversation's history menu or use the delete control in its header to delete it.
Confirm before permanently removing the conversation and its messages. Credits already used are not refunded.
Long conversation titles leave room for the history menu, keeping its actions visible.

Aligned mobile controls

Private mode keeps its toggle at the top right, with a centered explanation and the composer above the existing bottom navigation.
Larger touch targets and safe-area spacing keep the new private-chat and deletion controls easy to reach.

Smoother updates and workspace changes

Returning to an older open tab shows a reload notice when a newer version is available, giving you time to save a draft before reloading.
Switching accounts, workspaces, or plans clears requests from previous views. Workspace pages wait for access to be ready before loading their content.
Members can view their workspace's member list without requesting restricted invitation data.
A failed command-menu preload no longer produces an unhandled error.

More dependable reports and OSINT updates

Retrying the same report-generation run reuses a saved report instead of creating a duplicate.
Reports with missing workspace ownership stop before paid research begins, so the configuration can be corrected before trying again.
Conflicting entity identities can be reviewed while other OSINT records continue updating.
CVE collection retries temporary service failures from the same page and time window.

Clearer account deletion

Account deletion shows actionable errors and confirms when a request has been accepted.
A sign-out failure after an accepted request no longer appears as a failed deletion.

Project intelligence PDF exports

Turn saved Project intelligence into a clean one-page brief or a full report, with supporting graphs, location context, and consistent branding.

Lead with the bottom line: the default one-page brief synthesizes recent evidence into cited findings, implications, and what to watch, focused on your Project objective.
Handle large Projects: recent report history and selected source passages are summarized before PDF generation. Full reports add analysis, supporting excerpts, and visual context. Coverage notes identify sampled history and unavailable content; originals remain in Y2.
Read one coherent assessment: switch between brief and full formats using the same assessment while branding and conversation settings stay unchanged. Full reports add supporting analysis and a compact evidence matrix.
See meaningful connections and locations: cited graphs combine known entity identities and show relationship keys. Maps consolidate repeated event references by place, distinguish regional context from recorded points, and retain stable location keys.
Choose your branding: use Y2 branding by default or select a saved workspace branding template when workspace branding is enabled for your plan.
Reliable browser exports: fixes a browser security policy error that could prevent PDF generation.

Y2 desktop apps

This release introduces Y2 Desktop for macOS and Windows, bringing Chat, Projects, reports, and your intelligence workspace into a dedicated app.

Public installer downloads remain unavailable until signing and installation checks are complete. Mac downloads are deferred pending Apple signing and notarization.

Y2 Elite workspace owners and admins can now see how activity and credit consumption are distributed across their entire organization workspace.

Workspace usage at a glance

Governance shows one shared Agent Y2 credit balance for the subscription-aligned credit period.
Informational Activity units remain grouped into API, research, deliveries, and AI for the selected UTC month; they are separate from the enforced Agent Y2 credit allowance.
Member breakdowns attribute both Agent Y2 credit consumption and Activity units without creating separate member allowances.

Accountable API key activity

Every workspace API key shows its responsible member, active or revoked state, request volume for the current month, and latest use.
Request totals now come from recorded API activity, resolving keys that previously appeared to have zero calls.
Seat limits, API key capacity, the Agent Y2 credit ledger, Activity units, and workspace audit history remain together in one administrative view.
