List public disclosures

Screens primary-source disclosures: SEC Form 8-K material events, Forms 3/4/5 insider transactions, Schedule 13D ownership stakes, and USAspending federal contract and grant actions. Y2 syncs SEC EDGAR twice daily and USAspending daily. Every party is resolved to a shared ontology entity, by SEC CIK or SAM UEI first and by governed entity resolution otherwise. Officer and director filings add `part_of` relations; contracts add recipient-`supplies`-agency relations; grants add agency-`supplies`-recipient relations. Each relation cites the disclosure's observation. Federal awards cover contract actions of $5M or more in the last 14 days and grant actions of $10M or more in the last 30 days at each sync. `publishedAt` is the SEC filing date or the award action date. Requires `intel:disclosures` (Pro and Elite plans) or an x402 payment.
