List a domain's DNS snapshot history

Lists the stored DNS snapshots of one domain, newest first. Each snapshot includes the time when it arrived and its ontology links. Reading history never calls the provider. It does not use the workspace's DNS lookup allowance. Use `createDnsLookupV2` to take a new snapshot. Requires a workspace-bound API key with `intel:cyber` on a Pro or Elite plan.
