List subscribed profiles

Lists active subscriptions in the API key's workspace, with profile details and delivery preferences. Requires current workspace membership; viewers can read. Private profiles must still belong to that workspace. Results are ordered by subscription creation time, newest first. Each request examines at most `limit` subscription rows. The optional text filter matches name, topic, or tags without regard to case and may return a sparse or empty page. Follow `meta.page.nextCursor` while `hasMore` is true, including when `data` is empty. Cursors are bound to the filter.
