Y2 Affiliate Program Terms (2026-09-24-v5)
Complete terms for Pro and Elite referral commissions and fixed payout deductions
Y2 Affiliate Program Terms
Version: 2026-09-24-v5
Effective time: The fixed UTC time shown in Settings → Referrals. The time is recorded in Y2's production policy configuration when this version takes effect.
These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the Y2 Terms of Service between YEETUM, LLC, doing
business as Y2 (“Y2”), and the participating Y2 account holder (“Promoter”). They govern
referral commissions under this version. A payment's verified first collection time determines
its commission policy. Payments before the effective time retain their applicable prior terms:
the accepted 2026-09-17-v4 native policy covered Lite and Pro, and protected imported
provider liabilities retain their original terms. This version does not recalculate, erase, or
newly commission earlier payments.
1. Joining and account standing
Participation is voluntary. You must affirmatively accept the current terms before your
assigned referral code and link become active. To earn commission on a payment under this
version, you must have accepted version 2026-09-24-v5 no later than that payment's verified
collection time. You must have a verified email, own a billing workspace with a paid, active,
current Lite, Pro, or Elite subscription, maintain your account in good standing, and satisfy
Y2's identity, tax, and payout-provider requirements. Membership in someone else's paid
workspace does not qualify you. Your own Lite subscription is sufficient; the Pro/Elite
restriction concerns the referred customer's purchase.
Y2 records your acceptance, attribution, payments, adjustments, and payout decisions. Joining, sharing a link, or a displayed estimate does not guarantee an approved or payable commission.
2. Qualifying referred customers
A referral must be a bona fide new customer who uses your assigned link or accepted code before their first paid Y2 subscription payment. The customer must be a separate person and account; self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, manipulated attribution, and customers who paid before the saved claim do not qualify. Optional browser link capture can last up to 90 days. A valid saved claim cannot be replaced and expires after 90 days for its first qualifying payment.
For payments first collected at or after the effective time, only a successful, non-zero Pro or Elite subscription purchase can create the first qualifying conversion and commission. A Free or Lite purchase, signup, trial, fully discounted invoice, or uncollected payment earns nothing under this version. A referred customer's paid Lite activity remains visible in the referral dashboard. If that same attributed subscription upgrades to Pro or Elite and its first qualifying payment is collected within the original 90-day claim window, that upgrade may be the first qualifying conversion. Earlier Lite invoices remain noncommissionable under this version. Renewals of the qualifying attributed subscription may earn recurring commissions while all conditions remain satisfied; they do not add another distinct customer conversion. Attribution does not follow a customer to a different subscription automatically.
3. Commission calculation and corrections
The commission is 15% of eligible Pro or Elite subscription revenue actually collected by Y2, after excluding taxes, discounts and credits and subtracting actual attributable incoming Stripe payment-processing fees. Commission rounds down to the smallest unit of the payment currency. For example, a $50.00 eligible payment with no tax and a hypothetical $2.00 processing fee produces $48.00 net revenue and a $7.20 commission. The example is not a promise of a Stripe fee.
If fee, attribution, identity, payment, or historical evidence is incomplete, Y2 may hold the calculation for review. Refunds, credits, chargebacks, lost disputes, fee corrections, and other reversals may reduce or remove commission, including after a payout through an offset against future earnings. Y2 will keep an auditable record of the reason and adjustment. An existing amount is not recomputed solely because these terms changed.
4. Review and payout
Commission remains under review for at least 60 days after the qualifying payment and may remain held while evidence or a dispute is unresolved. The initial payout route supports verified US recipients and USD. A request requires at least $100 in eligible commission after adjustments and before the payout deduction, a current eligible Y2 account, a ready Stripe recipient, complete historical reconciliation, and a verified current cost tariff. Payout availability, supported countries and currencies may change prospectively after notice.
For each USD payout batch under this version, Y2 deducts 3% of the batch's gross eligible commission plus $0.50. The percentage component rounds up to the nearest cent. This is the entire affiliate payout deduction: actual Stripe sending costs are not added on top, and the deduction does not change when those costs are reported or corrected later. For example, a $100.00 gross commission batch has a $3.50 deduction and a $96.50 transfer to Stripe. Y2 bears any difference between this deduction and its actual sending costs. Incoming Stripe payment-processing fees were already subtracted when commission was calculated and are not charged again at payout. Payout batches earned under prior terms retain their own cost rules.
Y2 withholds this fixed deduction before sending the transfer. The dashboard distinguishes gross commission, deduction, transfer to Stripe, and confirmed bank delivery. A Stripe transfer does not itself prove bank delivery. Y2 does not debit your bank account for a later change in its Stripe sending costs.
5. Responsible promotion
Describe Y2 accurately. Clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial connection with each endorsement, near the recommendation or referral link; for example, “I may earn a commission if you buy Y2 through my link.” A disclosure only in a profile, footer, or separate terms page is insufficient. Follow applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and platform rules. Do not impersonate Y2, send spam, use deceptive redirects, stuff cookies, manipulate attribution, bid on Y2 trademarks without permission, offer an unapproved incentive, or make false, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed claims.
Y2 may review, hold, reverse, suspend, or end participation for suspected fraud, abuse, nonpayment, misleading promotion, or legal or provider risk. Y2 will review available evidence before a final decision and will preserve records of existing liabilities and lawful offsets. You control how you promote Y2, bear your own expenses, and may not bind Y2. Participation is not employment, an investment, a franchise, or a guarantee of income.
6. Taxes, records, changes, and disputes
You are responsible for taxes on amounts received and for accurate payout and tax information. Y2 or its provider may request verification and withhold payout where required by law or while required information is incomplete. Y2 may retain financial, attribution, acceptance, and review records as described in its privacy notice and applicable law.
Y2 may change eligible plans, rates, costs, review periods, thresholds, or these terms prospectively. Material changes require publication in the product and acceptance where applicable. Changes do not retroactively alter a payment's governing policy or approved historical liability. Termination or account deletion stops future participation but does not silently erase valid balances, adjustments, tax obligations, audit rights, or required financial records. The general dispute, liability, and governing-law provisions of the Y2 Terms of Service apply unless a program-specific term here controls.
