CVE-2026-120634
CGI::Carp versions before 5.00 for Perl leak warnings across requests in persistent environments via the warningsToBrowser buffer
CGI::Carp versions before 5.00 for Perl leak warnings across requests in persistent environments via the warningsToBrowser buffer. Warnings are held in a package-level buffer until warningsToBrowser writes them into the page as HTML comments, and the buffer is never cleared between requests. Under mod_perl, FastCGI or PSGI, warnings from one request are written into a later one. Warnings that contain one user's request data can appear in the HTML sent to another user.
Fixes and workarounds
Fix
Upgrade to CGI 5.00 or later.
Source: CNA: CPANSecWorkaround
For deployments that cannot upgrade, do not use warningsToBrowser in persistent environments. After upgrading, persistent applications where nothing calls CGI::initialize_globals between requests must also call CGI::Carp::_reset_globals at the start of each request.

For agents and automation
Read public disclosures for free as Markdown or JSON. Compatible browsers also expose native WebMCP tools to search disclosures, read this page, and discover API access.
Use the ontology-linked Cyber API with x402 pay per request, or a Y2 Pro or Elite API key with the intel:cyber scope.

A workspace owner or admin can create a Pro or Elite API key. Send Authorization: Bearer <Y2_API_KEY> from your trusted agent runtime.
For x402, omit Authorization and read the HTTP 402 payment challenge before signing a retry. Public browser tools do not make payments.
